Volunteer Roles
Lend a Hand: Ways You Can Help
Play & Interaction Helper
Assist with creating a fun and safe environment during playgroup sessions, engaging with children in activities, and helping with tidying.
Parent & Cafe Support
Help create a welcoming atmosphere for parents in the café area by serving refreshments and facilitating connections.
Events & Welcome Team
Support the smooth running of special events and be a friendly first point of contact for new families.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding
The safety and well-being of all children and families at Little Lights is our paramount concern. In line with UK safeguarding regulations, all our regular volunteers who will be working directly with children are required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We will provide full guidance and support throughout this process.
